We hope you had a fantastic holiday season and wish you a very Happy New Year!  Many of our galleries have been working and making plans for new shows for 2010 and are looking forward to having you join us on the third Saturday evening of each month.  Our first art walk of 2010 is on January 16th.  We have approximately 25 galleries for you to visit and arts in a number of mediums and price points.

Our monthly art walks start at 7:00PM each third Saturday of each month.  We are planning of having music  and food at each event for you to enjoy.  Piagio on Wheels, an excellent Argentine food vendor, was with us at the December art walk and they are planning to be at each of our 2010 art walks.

The J. Lewis Gallery will be exhibiting works by “Billy” Glass.  His works have been shown in museums across the United States.  In exhibit, on January 16th, will be one of the oil paintings which will be showing at the John Wayne Airport in early 2011.  That particular piece will be available for sale through the J. Lewis Gallery in mid 2011.

Kavika Works

“SCI-SCULPS” is a sculpture show at KAVIKA WORKS held down by the amazing Erick Rodriguez, and Ted Von Heiland, also featuring art by Brian Fort, James Martinchek, Kavika, and Kurt Papstien.

If you like sci-fi or post-apocalyptic, or creature themes you shouldn’t miss Ted and Ericks work. Erick heads ImaginErick Studios creating movie maquettes and high detail sculptures for clients. Ted Von Heiland will bring his latest killer otherworldly rockstar character creations.

Also visit the Absinthe Bar upstairs and hang out in the new Kavika Works Lounge.
